You will become part of a community of around 60 academic staff with a shared focus on sustainable business, responsible management and marketing in an international context.

You will be based at the University’s Marylebone site, opposite Baker Street Station, centrally located and immersed in London’s business community. We see London as very much part of our field of enquiry; it offers opportunities for staff and students to work closely with outside organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

We are looking for creative and innovative individuals to join our Management and Marketing teams. We are interested in recruiting candidates with expertise across our disciplines but particularly welcome applications from those with specialist interests in expertise in digital marketing, strategy and sports management/marketing.

This is an exciting time to join us as we extend our portfolio of courses and research activity in Management and Marketing. The School already hosts a range of successful and well recruited undergraduate and postgraduate Management and Marketing courses (1,800 students currently). In addition, we are currently developing several new courses including a new graduate MBA, new UG and PG courses in Digital Marketing and UG Sports Management.

As a Senior Lecturer, you will be expected to develop and lead modules and work closely with Course Leaders and other members of the course team. You will initiate and manage the development of teaching materials, methods and assessments and where appropriate develop, mentor and coordinate the work of less experienced colleagues to ensure that teaching is delivered to high quality standards. Duties will include marking and giving feedback, acting as a personal tutor and mentor and providing pastoral support to students. You will also be expected to engage in subject, professional or pedagogic research or other scholarly activities to support your teaching.
