Applications are invited for a full-time PhD Administrator who will have specific responsibility for administering PhD admissions and first year PhD students.

The role holder will work closely with the Administrator for Graduate Programmes and the Director of Graduate Training to ensure the smooth and effective administration of the Faculty's PhD Programme. The occupant of the post will carry out a broad range of tasks and services relating to student administration within the Faculty's graduate offices.

Applicants should be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent (including GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics). He or she should be confident and competent in using standard IT software packages and programmes (for example, Word, Excel, Access). Experience of CamSIS would be desirable.
