Post-Doctoral Position as Coordinator in the “SME Management” Graduate School
(TV-L 13, fixed-term employment contract for 3 years, 100% FTE)

Applicants will have a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification (Diploma) and PhD with distinction. They have the opportunity for further scientific qualification (“Habilitation”). The coordinator will support the directors of the Graduate School in organization and running the school (workshops, lectures, etc.); she or he will be able to undertake state-of-the-arts research in the context of SME. Furthermore, she or he will support the PhD fellows in organizing their first steps in research and help them to acquire research projects Additional tasks are supporting in teaching (4 semester hour), as well as administratively.
